Byron and Lynette: Miss you Grandpa!

My Grandpa Howard past away this summer so I just wanted to post some pictures to remind me of him when I look through my blog. He was always so fun to have around and was willing to help all of us kids out anytime we needed him. Holidays and going back home to visit sure won't be the same without him around.

I wish I had more pictures to post right now, but I definitely have a lifetime of wonderful memories! When I was a kid he took me to Canada, Southern Utah, Montana, South Dakota, Colorado, and most memorable we spent 3 weeks in Florida. We went to Gatorland just so we could see the alligators that he road to school (true story he road alligators to school).

I don't think there is anyone in my family that can say "me and you" and not correct ourselves by saying "you and I." He made sure we all knew proper table manners and proper english. However, much to his dismay, I never did learn how to hold my pencil correctly. He loved golf, spending time with our family, traveling, telling us stories about his travels, Sunday dinners, the Giants, red cabbage and so many other things that will always make me stop and think of him.
